Bank feed dramas and Xero support frustrations - a client on the edge!

I have a client who has had repeated issues with BOQ  yodlee feeds not updating for weeks at a times, despite multiple unsuccessful refreshes.  To add to their frustration, pleas for help to Xero support have gone unanswered and they are ready to throw in the towel.  

 

Is anyone else having similar troubles?  More importantly, Xero, what are you going to do about it!?!

Hey - no improvement since the release last week? Although I'm sure BOQ isn't multi-factor (multiple login screens) so has been available for a while. I'm sorry you're not getting the help you expect from our support team - do you have any reference numbers from emailing them that I could chase up for you?

Actually it looks as though the problem may have been identified and the required action explained by email return ... let me know if your client didn't get it. I've asked the team to follow up anyway just to check. Sorry about this but thanks for letting us know.
