The Small Xero plan allows up to 5 sales invoices and 5 bills per month.

I would have expected this to be linked to the date of the transaction to determine the limit, however, at least for the 5 bills per month, it appears to be related to the date of the data entry, and therefore locks you out once you have reached the 5 bill limit.

While conceptually, it would be great to be working on client files every month, as a partner, it may be every three months that I get the paperwork for matching with Xero, and need to utilise the bills function.  It means that irrespective of the date of the transaction, I am limited to entering only 5 transactions in over a 3 month period.
