Bank feed dramas and Xero support frustrations - a client on the edge!

I have a client who has had repeated issues with BOQ yodlee feeds not updating for weeks at a times, despite multiple unsuccessful refreshes. To add to their frustration, pleas for help to Xero support have gone unanswered and they are ready to throw in the towel. Is anyone else having similar troubles? More importantly, Xero, what are you going to do about it!?!See More
