I work for Xero as the Community Manager - responsible largely for Xero's Help Centre and general hearder of customer queries that don't come directly through to our Customer Care team. I've been at Xero since the early days before it was even a product and I'm based at our headquarters in Wellington New Zealand. I'm not an accountant or small business owner and actually don't know that much about accounting other than how Xero works!
