Accounting for subscriptions

Hi Guys and GirlsNeed to pick your brains. I have a bit of an unusual one which I need some advice on.My client offers an annual membership which can be paid either as a lump sum or monthly by s/o.They need to track who has paid as all subs run 1/4 - 31/3.My idea was to raise invoice each year for each member. The lump sum payers easy to deal with. It's the monthly ones that are a pain. There are literally 1000's paying their £8 per month and Xero will not automatically pick up which invoice…See More

Anyone looking for a Xero accountant/resource?

Posted on May 5, 2010 at 19:07 3 Comments

Sorry to use this blog for selfish reasons but wondered if there were any vacancies out there for a Xero trained accountant who wants to join a forward looking Xero based practice, or as a self employed resource for a smaller practice?

Very flexible in my approach and requirements, but not in the fact that I want to be involved with people who have bought into the whole Xero ethos.

Also fully accredited with Sage, Mamut and Iris practice suite

Thanks for your interest on the webinar, David. Please feel free to tell anyone else you think may be interested. To date, I am encouraged by the response from some of the Xerousers here. I have also received some interest from some of the Xero Network partners. I will keep you updated as progress unfolds and send you an official invitation.

Hi David, just connecting with other members here to see how we can communicate /collaborate and share knowledge about using Xero effectively.

Also looking to start a series of monthly (brainstorming) webinar style discussions about the latest business trends, updates, etc. related to Xero and other integrated apps. Is this something that may be of interest to you?

Regards,
Earl Rudolfo
