Hi Just signed up to this social networking site and I want to rave about Xero....

I have the feature that allows bank feeds automatically and this is amazing! All I have to do is press the reconcile button and its done! coded, and reconciled...my accounts are up to date on an almost daily basis. I've found that the system is brilliant for our size business and handles things brilliantly.

The biggest break through has been the integration with our project management software Proworkflow the flow goes like this now...

1. Create a quote (in PWF)

2. Accepted with one button that creates a project

3. Consultants can log time and easily fill time records as they go

4. complete job and turn into an invoice where every single time entry has a description (great for fussy clients)

5. Send invoices from Proworkflow

5. With a simple tick of a box the invoice is sent to Xero with all the items attached, no need to re-enter invoices, new client details are automatically transferred as well (YE HA)

6. Adjust invoice in Xero and send statements

All of this requires not PRINTING or RE-ENTERING DATA

Thanks a ton for a great service Xero and PWF

You can get all your receipts and invoices straight into Xero. Using Keebo you can change all the paper receipts n invoices into a digital format to be integrated into XERO.

Adrian, point 6 is when we get the itemised invoice open we need to change the standard sales account 200 to the respectful differing sales codes for us its Graphic Design, Marketing , Research, Web etc etc...for tracking purposes

Sounds like a great integration. Could you please clarify though, what does "adjust invoice in Xero" mean in your point 6.?
