As an accounting professional and Canuck evangelist (unofficially) for Xero, I would definitely have to put my vote on this key item, " Empowering accountants and other advisers for front line conversion and support". This definitely is going beyond traditional accounting with beancounters at the forefront and moving into the cloud. The transforming is happening, so don't get left behind.
